While teaching in the UK for two years, I honed my teaching skills and learned a variety of methods for teaching children at different levels within the same age groups. I thrived in this environment and school system where differentiated activities were created to help each child progress at their own level. My goal now, is to help students in the Windsor area with this same idea.

I received my teaching qualification at the University of Windsor after finishing a four year History major. History is my specialty, yet I have since then obtained training teaching English as a second language (TEFL). Teaching grammar is a personal interest that I always try to make fun for my students and clients.

Why a tutoring business? As a teacher, I well understand well the challenges that students must face. Students are often expected to go over a variety of topics before the school year has ended and this often leads to rushing through content. This is where students start to "lag". All that children need is the chance to practice and understand at their own pace, and this is what I want to provide for your child. My goal is to give your child the tools and confidence they need to do well in school and in their future endeavours.
